End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Infoholiks ("Company", "we", "us") for the use of the Embagga mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on your personal device solely for your personal, non-commercial event planning purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Transfer your license to another person
• Use the App to collect or store personal data about others without their consent
• Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its servers

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

4. Event Data and Guest Information

As an event organiser using Embagga, you are responsible for:

• Obtaining appropriate consent from guests before adding their information to the App
• Ensuring guest data is used only for event management purposes
• Complying with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction
• Keeping guest information accurate and up to date

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Infoholiks and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. In-App Purchases

Embagga may offer premium features or subscriptions. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms. All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by law.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any content.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infoholiks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

10. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings (Profile → Sign Out → Delete Account) or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uganda.

12. Changes to this Agreement

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
